Pressure. Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution to lift algae, mildew, and grime from surfaces that high pressure would destroy — siding, painted wood, roofs. High pressure is for hard surfaces like concrete and brick. Using the wrong one damages the surface, which is why we match the method to the material on every job.

Not the way we do it. Vinyl, fiber cement, and painted surfaces get soft washed — low pressure, correct solution, rinsed clean. Blasting siding with high pressure forces water behind it; that's exactly what we don't do.

We pre-wet and rinse landscaping around the work area and use solutions at dilutions intended for exterior cleaning. Keep pets inside during the visit and everything's back to normal once surfaces dry.

Entryways and sidewalks in the Quad Cities take salt, gum, and grime year-round — most properties look right with an annual or twice-yearly wash, plus dumpster-pad service as needed. We'll put it on the same schedule as your windows if you want one vendor handling both.
